for Growing Brands

Great looking content is great,

but is it actually working?

11 years inside real businesses. Currently managing the video department for a multimillion dollar e-commerce company. Through Apollos Griffin Studios, I work with companies ready to stop guessing at content and start building something that compounds.

THE PROOF

"In 2025 we grew views by 14.9% while publishing 30% fewer videos. That is not a content result. That is a system result."

Built From Scratch

Three years ago I walked into a video department that had no workflows, no standards, and no direction. I did not wait for a title or permission. I started asking questions.

What I built over the next 2 years was a complete content infrastructure. SOPs, team, production calendar, channel strategy, all of it. Integrated across email, YouTube, paid ads, and the product pages.

In 2025, in partnership with the full team, that system contributed to over ten million dollars in revenue. Views grew 14.9% while we published 30% fewer videos. That is not a content win. That is a system win.

132 long-form videos. 140 short-form. 275 live sessions. Like ratios between 97% and 100% across top performers. The video department is the primary revenue driver for Shabby Fabrics.

Every product sold is supported by our content across every channel.

That is not the result of good videos. That is the result of a system.

The first thing I ask any brand I work with is simple.

What is the goal?

What is the road map to get there?

What has been working and what has not?

Do you even see a solution to the problem?

How much is it costing you to leave it unsolved?

Most people have never been asked those questions. And most brands have never had someone sit down and actually work through the answers with them.

That is where I come in.

I slow things down before I speed them up. Before we film a single frame, the goal is for everyone to be on the same page: who is this for, what decision should this content support, and what does success actually look like.

When that clarity exists, production becomes straightforward.

Without it, even great content misses.

The principles behind every engagement.

Outcomes, not deliverables.

A finished video is not a success. Content that achieved its goal is a success. That distinction shapes everything about how I engage with clients and teams. I take responsibility for results, not just files.

I protect the brand & quality.

If a project starts drifting from the original goal in a way that will harm the brand, I say something. I would rather pause and realign than produce something that damages the brand or wastes the investment.

I will not mislead an audience.

Responsible storytelling is a business decision. Misleading content creates wrong customers, false expectations, and trust erosion. When content is honest and accurate, sales conversations get shorter and the business operates with less friction.

It starts with a three-minute questionnaire. Seven questions that tell me everything I need to know to make our conversation useful.

Discovery calls are 30 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. You leave with clarity either way.

"Clear communication. Clear expectations. On the same page. That is where it starts."
